Discovery Springs
Project Overview:
Discovery Springs is a multi use commercial development located in the City of Middleton, Wisconsin. The project is home to many commercial uses including Costco, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Gilda’s Club, Quaker Steak & Lube and many other nationally known restaurants and commercial office space. D’Onofrio, Kottke & Associates has been involved in all aspects of civil engineering and land surveying from the planning and design of public improvements to many of the individual sites.
