Principal Engineer
Bill has spent his entire professional engineering career at D'Onofrio, Kottke and Associates. He joined the firm in 1984, became a principal in 1988, and has been instrumental in continuing to build the firm's long history of engineering excellence in land development. While Bill is involved in all aspects of the firm, he focuses on multi-faceted land development and municipal engineering: from initial project planning to approvals and construction. Bill is strongly committed to assuring that clients have the maximum value realized in their investment. Bill personally oversees all of his projects to ensure the development is completed on time, within budget, and meets or exceeds his clients' expectations. Bill is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a degree in civil engineering and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Wisconsin.
